You expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts.
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters set forth herein, and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by Regator.
Regator reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions of use at any time. Any changes or updates will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.

Transfer of Use
The number of active users of the Service is limited to no more than the number of licenses purchased at any given time. In the event that Regator detects that a user is automatically or manually distributing notification emails to more addresses than the number of licenses, on a consistent basis, Regator reserves the right to remove access, with actions up to cancelling the account within 24 hours of notice given to the account holder. In this event, pursuant to the Refund Policy, Regator will NOT provide a refund for any unused time in the remaining billing period.
